Extraction status: PLN's official download page and 2025 report links have been located, and SAIDI/SAIFI Table 16 from the 2023–2025 editions has now been digitized into a source-attributed service-unit explorer. Other 2025 PLN tables remain in the auditable extraction queue; neither province-wide reliability values nor firm local grid headroom have been independently established. RUPTL 2025–2034 targets must be kept separate from 2025 realized PLN statistics.

Extraction automation: PLN PDF extraction workflow ↗ retries official RUPTL/Statistics downloads and publishes a source-page audit as a GitHub Actions artifact. Province and substation records still require independent row-level verification before publication in investment dashboards. A successful source download alone does not certify grid headroom.

The full 1,253-page official RUPTL PDF has passed integrity checks and 42 annex headings are indexed; the heading-only index does not validate project rows. A separate sampled source-project register and selected operator observations must retain their own evidence classifications. Remaining PLN Statistics 2025 tables still need separate extraction and source checks.
