Indonesia Data Center Electricity Demand 2026–2035
Research-grade transparent sensitivity model, separating pre-existing facilities, future construction and speculative development. This is not a verified national AI GPU load forecast.
Electricity demand trajectories
GWh per year; scenario curves use their own preset assumptions. Editing inputs changes the selected scenario only.

PLN RUPTL 2025–2034 context
PLN/ESDM planning targets are not energization dates, firm available power capacity at data center substations, annual renewable generation shares or project-specific power purchase costs.
Risk & investment interpretation
Grid reinforcement financing
Data-center-driven substation, connection and transmission investment cannot credibly be monetized without location-specific peak demand, grid queue, transformer sizing, protection requirements, redundancy and PLN project budgets. This dashboard provides scenario MW demand, not invented rupiah investment totals.
Carbon intensity and procurement
Emission factor and zero-emission matched share are adjustable illustrative assumptions, not a verified 2026–2035 Indonesian grid emissions trajectory. Matching renewable electricity with demand by time and location would require hourly power and contractual evidence. Storage GW in RUPTL is not clean annual energy.
