AI Infrastructure Investor Intelligence
Compare projects by location, operator, evidence quality and execution milestones. Quantities retain their measurement type; planned MW and financing announcements are not operating capacity or spent capital.
Method: Evidence Readiness Index (ERI) is a transparent documentation-completeness score out of 100, not expected returns, credit quality, construction probability or physical safety. Five indicators are each worth 20 points: (1) operating service, (2) reported site construction, (3) site-specific MW publicly stated, (4) announced financial figure, and (5) published geographic detail at city/industrial park level. Unknown evidence receives zero documentation points; this is not proof that an activity has not occurred. Recalculation is automatic when the unified data changes.

Weighted technical & regulatory evidence gaps
Weights: grid energization 25%, cooling/water/environment 20%, network redundancy 15%, permits 15%, finance closure 15%, operating commissioning 10%. An unknown indicator adds half its weight; an explicitly sourced concern adds full weight. This is a documentation/exposure triage index, NOT default probability or financial investment risk.
Risk considerations by evidence category
Site execution and grid
A power-supply memorandum or contract does not certify energization, commissioning, liquid cooling, redundant fibre or tenant demand. Review original contractor milestones before underwriting.
Capital and valuation
Project announcements, bank facilities, corporate multi-year commitments and projected operating expenditure are different classes of values; they must not be aggregated into realized domestic construction capex.
Regulatory and data governance
Check the effective legal instruments governing data protection, environmental approvals, AI and cross-border transfers. Draft government initiatives are not equivalent to enacted law.
Model limitation
The ERI does not estimate investment risk probabilities. A large operator with undisclosed facilities may score lower than a construction project because public documentation differs.
Historical source events are sparse, not monthly time series. The chart deliberately does not interpolate MW or capital deployment between disclosures. Any changing status must be recorded with event date, document URL, source verification, and a before/after value. Snapshot generated from SLI public-source research baseline dated 16 October 2026.
